Yes, Lily really is an Italian import. Her surrendering owners purchased her from a breeder in Italy and brought her back to the States with them. She lived her whole life with them as they started a family but sadly had to give her up due to housing issues. Lily loves to be around kids and adults, gets along well with other dogs and cats. She was just spayed, tested heartworm negative and got an otherwise clean bill of health. She loves to cuddle on the couch or is happy to sleep in her crate or on her bed, uses the doggie door easily, usually comes when called but being a full blooded Basset will follow her nose. She can be quite active as well as she loves to run around and play!
