Kermit is a wonderful healthy boy! He is leashed trained and loves to go for long walks into the sunset. Kermy ( a nickname we gave him ) plays basset tag with the other dogs daily he is so sociable. He loves to play with his 2 legged foster sister as well. Kermy is well behaved and gets along with cats too, though he loves a good chase now and then . Kermit is crate trained and will come to his name. He is house trained & crate trained, he asks to go out by barking. He also knows how to use a dog door if you have one. Kermit will play fetch and bring the ball back, but like all the other bassets he will only bring it back a couple of times. He is trained to come in by a ringing of a bell he is a fast learner and is eager to please. Kermit loves his toys and does share them. Other Pictures of Kermit (click to see larger version):
