We don't have much information about Jasper except that he is estimated to be about 2 years old, apparently passed his behavior evaluation and is available for adoption at the Stanislaus County shelter. There has been a lot of interest in Jasper by adopters at the shelter, but he hasn't made his love connection yet, so if you can get to the shelter in Modesto, you still have a chance to snap him up.  Jasper arrived at the shelter with another tricolor male, Sebastian, who is very likely his brother, but he is able to be adopted separately.
