Tipsy is a small size basset who is sweet, lovable, submissive and easy to love. She is housetrained, playful, pulls on the leash,  not particularly food driven, doesn't shed much, and loves to be with her people. This houndie who looks younger than she is, has a continuously wagging tail. 

Tipsy's eye issues have been diagnosed as primary glaucoma. Her right eye, which is blind, will be enucleated on 11/30. Her left eye will receive daily eye drops and monthly monitoring of occular pressure.
