Charlie is a 1 1/2 year old sweet, friendly, female who loves to run and play and be with her humans! She gets along fine with other dogs, but doesn't know how to play yet and keeps her distance at first. She loves walks but pulls on the leash. She is house-trained with a doggie door. Has lots of energy! There are not a lot of hours in the day that she will just sleep/cuddle with you. She wants to play and will show it by play-biting so best with older children. She has some not so ideal basset traits such as counter-surfing (she's always hungry!) and jumping up on people out of excitement. She will need continued training and patience. She would love to have someone around a lot and even to share the bed with at night.
