Otis
Otis is a jolly 11-year-old fellow, a big, beautiful, Basset boy. He is most happy when he has his dog friends and his people next to him. For his age, he is an active, healthy, curious boy who loves to play with other dogs, but mostly loves to be within sight of his human family. Otis has a strong Basset voice which we typically don't hear, but will ring loud and true when he misses the people in his life.
