Meet Apollo!

Apollo is NOT with Golden Gate Basset Rescue. He is a courtesy listing for Amador County Animal Services in Jackson, CA.

This lovely gentleman has his "sit up" game on point. We are so surprised he's still at the Amador County Shelter. How can you resist that adorable trick? 

Apollo is looking for a home where he can be the one and only doggie! He's very jealous of other dogs stealing the spotlight, and who can blame him when he's got those skills! 

Apollo is 9 years old, short legged mix of maybe Lab and Basset Hound. He is neutered and heartworm negative. 

The Amador County shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 am to 4:40 pm (closed from 1-2 pm for lunch).
