Although the shelter photo of Roscoe fails to show just how very handsome he is, one can look at his face and see what a happy hound he is! When he went from the shelter to his current foster home, he settled in quickly and it became clear that he is well behaved and gets along nicely with people and other dogs. His beautiful shiny coat and wagging tail makes petting him irresistable.
Roscoe is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, has been tested for heartworm (negative), is microchipped and house trained.
